My Dearly Beloved Fellow Human Beings:

I have struggled greatly in my life, mostly with depression and Chronic fatigue, and would love to share what I have learned. I hope that what I share will serve others in their struggles and maybe even in their joys. I yearn to bring light and joy to others and pray that this might be a means of doing so. My goal here is to share lessons and tips I have learned through my battle to overcome depression, anxiety and fatigue, in addition to  the insights I gleam from my weekly ketamine treatments.

In full disclosure, I am not a therapist or medical practitioner so, take my thoughts and use them wisely. Not as proven facts, but as things to consider in your personal life and context.
